Does the AI ever auto-approve anything?
Never. Pre-flight checks and Approval Assist are advisory only — a human always makes the final call on what gets published.
Does content gap detection watch what my team types?
Only with explicit double opt-in — an org admin enables it and each person separately consents, both off by default. Raw text is never shown to anyone and is purged within 48 hours.
